The Export Rightmove to CSV extension processes all data entirely within your browser. No property data, search results, saved properties, or personal information is ever sent to our servers or any third party.
Specifically:
- No data collection — we do not collect, record, or transmit any information about you, your browsing activity, or the properties you view or export.
- Local storage only — saved properties, price history, alert settings, notes, and preferences are stored in your browser's local storage (chrome.storage.local). This data exists only on your device and is never uploaded anywhere.
- No accounts — the extension does not require registration, login, or any personal information to use.
- No analytics or tracking — there are no analytics scripts, tracking pixels, telemetry, or usage monitoring of any kind in the extension.
- No external requests — the extension only communicates with rightmove.co.uk (to read listing data you are already viewing) and extensionpay.com (only if you choose to upgrade to Pro). No other external connections are made.
The website
The rightmovecsv.com website is a static site hosted on Cloudflare. It does not use cookies, analytics, tracking scripts, or any form of data collection. There are no sign-up forms, comment sections, or user accounts. No personal data is collected through this website.
Payment processing
If you choose to upgrade to Pro, payment is handled entirely by ExtensionPay (extensionpay.com). We do not see, store, or have access to your payment details (card number, billing address, etc.). ExtensionPay processes the transaction and confirms your Pro status to the extension. You can review ExtensionPay's privacy practices on their website.
Data you export
When you export property data to CSV, XLSX, JSON, or HTML, the file is generated locally in your browser and downloaded directly to your computer. The exported data is not uploaded to any server and is not accessible to us or anyone else.
Your rights
Since we don't collect any personal data, there is nothing to access, correct, or delete. If you uninstall the extension, all locally stored data (saved properties, settings, etc.) is automatically removed by Chrome.
Changes to this policy
If this privacy policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date. The core commitment — zero data collection — will not change.
