Deep Scrape is an optional toggle that visits each listing's detail page to extract extra data not shown on search cards — including floor area (sqft and sqm), tenure, council tax band, nearest station and distance, agent phone number, full description, coordinates, and calculated price per sqft. It takes a few seconds longer but gives you much richer data.
